Seminole Severe Mold Infestation Led to a Full-Scale Remediation

The before photo is actually after our SERVPRO Applied Microbial Remediation Technicians completed the demolition of this severely mold infested kitchen in Seminole. All of the drywall, cabinets, appliances, and fixtures were wrapped and safely removed following local codes. The remaining framing was sprayed with antifungal agents to exterminate any remnants of mold or spores still present. Air scrubbers ran for several days to capture dust, spores, and mold particles from the air. After this room was thoroughly disinfected, the rebuild began. We worked with the homeowner to plan and install a new kitchen which was completed in short order.
