Water Damage – Seminole Apartment

Water damage at this Seminole apartment complex was the result of heavy rains and a breach in the roof of one of the apartment buildings. A number of apartments were affected requiring a substantial amount of water restoration equipment to deal with all of the incidents simultaneously. We were able to save some of the carpeting with extraction and drying, but other area needed replacement. The time to complete this project was crucial as some tenants were displaced. Of course, the quality of work is always the first concern, but this was a classic example of time is money. The insurance company was keeping a watchful eye on the execution of this project.
