Commercial Water Damage – Seminole Office Building

Commercial water damage developed when a water line burst overnight. The water line was above the ceiling, so ceiling tiles, drywall and the standing water on the floor were all damage problems. Serious damage to the drywall from the standing water was prevented due to the vinyl baseboards. The standing water would need to be suctioned up, and the damaged pipe would need repair. Several ceiling tiles would need to be replaced because they were saturated.
